SpectrumX Technologies is an IT services company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We provide web development, mobile app development, eCommerce solutions, digital marketing, search engine optimization, graphic design, and related technology services.

Fees and payment

We may pause work if payments are overdue. Taxes, third-party licenses, hosting, domains, or paid tools may be charged separately when applicable and disclosed in advance where practical.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials published by SpectrumX remain our property unless otherwise stated. For client projects, ownership and license terms for deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement. Until full payment is received, SpectrumX may retain rights in project work as specified in that agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential business information reasonably shared during an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties except as needed to perform the services, with consent, or as required by law.
Third-party tools and platforms
Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms (for example hosting, payment gateways, analytics, or marketing tools). Those services are subject to their own terms and policies. SpectrumX is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
No guarantees
While we aim for high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, app-store results, or uninterrupted website availability unless expressly stated in a written agreement. Digital marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside our sole control.
Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpectrumX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the website content.
Limitation of liability
